1. Reminder for hotel check in.
Please provide receptionist with the reserved guest name or hotel confirmation code when check in. For the security of hotel guests and in accordance with Public Security Management of Hotel Industry stipulated by Public Security Bureau, the hotel guests must show valid documentations such as ID card, passport or home return permit (household register for teenagers above 10 years old) during check in.
2.How to claim your reserved room in hotel?
You can either contact hotel directly in advance to confirm your reservation or tell receptionist your reserved name on JL-Conference and Exhibition Service Company Limited upon arrival at hotel. (please contact 86-755-82880055/86-755-82880089 for further inquiry)
3. What is hotel deposit fee?
Payment in JL-Conference and Exhibition Service Company Limited only includes room rate. When checking in, hotel will usually require deposit fee in case of any room damage or key loss etc. If there is no such consumption, all deposit will be refunded at check-out time.
4.How to extend my stay?
If you need an extension of stay, please log on your account in JL-Conference and Exhibition Service Company Limited, go to our order management page and click order number for order modification and payment. If online modification is inconvenient for you, please call our staff by 86-755-82880055/86-755-82880089 for assistance.
5.How long can I keep my room?
All successfully paid rooms are guaranteed with reservation, so you can keep the room until the check-out time by noon.
6. Check-in & Check-out time
Usually, the earliest check-in time is 12:00 P.M. and the latest check-out time is also 12:00 P.M. But for certain hotels, the earliest check-in time is 14:00 P.M.
